Terms and Conditions – Sar Deen Handyman Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Sar Deen Handyman Service, a brand under Sar Deen Engineering Pte Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
We provide plumbing, toilet choke clearing, handyman, and related maintenance services within Singapore.
All services are subject to availability and site assessment.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are based on initial assessment and information provided.
- Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions.
- Additional charges may apply for concealed damage, extra materials, or extended labour time.
- Emergency or urgent service requests may incur additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, PayNow, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.
- Late payments may result in additional administrative charges.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Customers must provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a transport or service fee.
- If our technician arrives on-site and service is declined, a minimum inspection fee may apply.
5. Access to Property
The customer must ensure safe and adequate access to the property for service performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for pre-existing issues, hidden pipe damage, or structural defects not visible during initial inspection.
- We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
7. Warranty
We may provide limited workmanship warranty depending on the type of service performed.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Blockages caused by improper usage (e.g., wipes, sanitary items, foreign objects) are not covered.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees:
- To provide accurate information about the issue
- To remove valuables or fragile items near the work area
- To ensure pets and children are kept away during service
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labour shortages, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, logos, and materials remain the property of the Company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
